Dr Jacobs,
Please give me your best opinion.
I am going to donor eggs and I am on estrogen to build the lining, after 14 days my lining is still at 7mm. What can I do to increase circulation of blood flow into the uterus? Is 7 mm OK to support a Pregnancy? Why is is the lining not growing more?
help please.

The only thing demonstrated to increse blood flow to the endometrium is aspirin. The problemi s that there are some reports from Europe which imply that aspirin ma increase the risk of miscarriage. Perhaps 1 baby aspirin a day, until the endometrium is 8 mm thick and then discontinue the aspirin may be of some benefit, but I am unaware of any published data which indicate a benefit to my speculation.
