Hello Dr. Jacobs,

I am in the Czech Republic. We want to get pregnant so we are trying here because we are here.

I asked previously about the norethisthone.

Does this work like lupron? The doc here said after birthcontrol pills he then puts everyone on this product the last ten days before starting stimulation.

Is it too much of only progestron?

please give your best educated opinion.

Norethisterone is a Synthetic progestin, made by modifying the testosterone molecule. Lupron is a totally different compound made by modifying a brain hormone, which regulates FSH & LH secretion. It sounds like the primary difference between his protocol and mine is that the birth control pill I use contains estrogen along with the progestin.
Good luck.
