I am a 35 yr old female with good health, Male factor infertility. My husbands last Semen Analysis showed
26 million count, 13 mill concentration, 6.2 motile, but only 2.97% Normal forms...could we possibly have success with IUI, based on these numbers?

Unless there can be significant improvement in semen parameters, your potential for a pregnancy using IUI with his sperm is very small. You will be far better served with ICSI.
