Dr.Jacobs, What is the normal level for Cardiolipin IGG? Mine came as 15 and my RE said he likes to see below 15. So i'm on the borderline. though he said I don't have to take any medication, I read this realted to unexplained miscarriages which I had 2. Do you think I should ask him for any meds?

The best medication for trying to treat recurrent pregnancy loss related to an elevated cardiol9ipin antibody is Heparin. Use the low molecular weight Heparin as opposed to the unfractionated Heparin. Your RE needs to decide if it is apprpriate for you to use Heparin. There is a tiny risk, but everything we do carries some risk.
Good luck.
