Dr. Jacobs,
I'm on a standard bcp/lupron/follistim protocol. I have not had any problems until day 2 of folllistim when i started bleeding. should i be concerned or is it just an expected drop in estrogen?

I would have expected you to have your flow shortly before starting your Follistim. You will still have a fairly low estrogen level on day 2 of stimulation, but check with your RE.
