If you do IVF with ICSI do you have a better chance of the embryo implanting if you do assisted hatching?

The answer is "some times". We do assisted hatching on all of our ICSI embryos, and on the rare occassion we transfer day 3 embryos. Occassionally we will have blastocysts with thick zonae pelucidae. We do assisted hatching on them, too.
