After 5 failed IUI's, what next?

Dear Doctor, I have tried 3 IUI's with Clomid 150 and 2 with Letrazol 7.5.I had a good responce with the lead follicle being over 18mm and the linning being over 7.5mm.For Luteal Phase support i was put on Duphaston 10MG, 2 a day and Susten virginal suppositories 200mg starting from Day 16 till Day 28. All the IUI ‘s were done with pooled semen sample. I cannot understand what the issue is as I have no blocked tubes as well.How do I know if fertilization happened & what should my next step be.How successful would IVF be?
