Dr Jacobs,
Can you please help me to understand exactly what the 81 mg of aspirin is good for or what it exactly does?
Also Folate, what does it do and what is it good for?
I have been checked for everything and every test I take has come back negative, But yet I continue to miscarry at 6-8 weeks.
My Dr's are just assuming I have some type of clotting disorder yet they don't know what it is.
And last but not least do you need to take Lovenox or Hepirin along with the aspirin for it to work?
I have read where some women take the aspirin alone, not with any type of injections.

Without having evaluated you, I do not know if you need to be on Heparin or some fractionated version of the drug. Interestingly, there were some preliminary reports out of Europe that aspirin may increase the risk of miscarriage. I have not seen those data verified.
