18 DPO (IVF) still no AF, neg HPT

Hi
It is now 18 days since egg collection, I had 2 grade 2 embies replaced on day 3, one 8 cell and one 6 cell.
I have had no bleeding at all since then.
I have had negative HPTs for last 3 days.
I am using cyclogest 400 pessaries.
I have been told to keep using pessaries for 3 more days and test again.
I have lost hope for this cycle but where is my period?
Is this common for there to be no period at all for 18 days due to cyclogest?

The vaginal progesterone preparation has delayed the onset of you menses, if you are not pregnant.
