waiting for AF to start FET

Hi Ladies,
I was wondering if this sounds like premetapause. I am day 38 in my cycle. I took a HPT on day 30 and 35 which was negitive. My cycle lengh used to be 28 days. When I stopped birth controll pills in 2000 it was shortened to 24 days but has allways been relable. Last year I had 4 IVF cycles. This past Agust I had a donor cycle (I had one chemical pregnacy). In between these treatments my cycles have been 24 days. Now I have been waiting to start a FET. They said the would wait till I start AF before putting me on meds then do the FET about 20 days later. Dose anybody have any ideas or thoughts? laura
