DH and I have been TTC for a little over 4 years. I've tried numerous rounds of Clomid, Clomid + trigger and Femara. I'm seeing a new RE because my last one...sucked. I have PCOS and endometriosis, not to mention a thin lining, no EWCM and low progesterone after I ovulate. I had my fourth surgery last September to remove endometriosis, following a failed IUI (long, painful story). Our first plan for Follistim is to use it with a trigger, then timed intercourse, before moving forward to an IUI since I had such a problem before. I'm on CD8, and took 125U of Follistim AQ days 3, 4, 5 & 6. I had my first U/S and estradiol on day 7, and I have beautiful follies...7 on right, 6 on left but only 2 were above a 10. My lining is already 6.06! but my estradiol was too high at 405. Re dropped my Follistim dose to 100U last night, and 75 tonight and tomorrow before I go for another U/S Friday. For the first time in my life, I have a TON of EWCM (YAY!) and I have been feeling twinges, and some fullness/soreness in my ovaries, similar to how it felt when I triggered after Clomid. I'm worried the Follistim dose was too high, and that I might miss my window (DH out of town right now, will be back tomorrow), or that I will overstimulate and have to skip the trigger this month. I would love to hear any input!!
