Is everyone aware of their own AMH levels and how it might relate to fertility?
Unilab of Dade is holding its first monthly AMH Test Sweepstake, winner to be selected on July 1st! The prize will include a free AMH At-Home test and comprehensive result analysis by Unilab of Dade. Both individuals and clinics/physicians are eligible. To enter the Sweepstake become a Facebook friend of Unilab of Dade and send us a message including your full name, address, contact number and e-mail address. If you are already a friend of ours on Facebook simply send us a message with the same information. The winner will then be selected at random on July 1st; contestants must enter the Sweepstake by June 30th 11:59 pm.

-Entry is open to residents of the contiguous United States, excluding New York and California.
-In case of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant using the Internet, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter the Promotion at the time of entry will be considered the entrant.
-Sponsors are not responsible for any problems with your entry, including technical failures related to computer, telephone, cable, and unavailable network or server connections, or other failures related to hardware, software or virus, or incomplete, late or misdirected entries.
-Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the operation or conduct of the Promotion, including, without limitation, the entry process or the operation of the web site or otherwise violating these rules.
-Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Promotion if it cannot be operated, conducted or completed as planned, for any reason.
-Prizes listed may be substituted for other first prizes of equal value, based on availability.
-The sweepstake prize (AMH test and results) may require the winner to obtain a basic blood test from an outside facility prior to receiving the AMH test. Unilab of Dade is not responsible for the cost of this blood test or any other fees other than the cost of the prize and accompanying results.
