i have a question i just bought one of these and i think it came with scratches on the inside did this happen to anyone?
Does the saliva go under the the slide to remain inside because don't care how i clean it it has moisture residue on the inside ?
After u clean the scope on the outside slide why would there still be small lines on the inside ?

I wouldn't worry about that. I have one also and it came the same way. It does not interact with your ferning pattern, just make sure that you are cleaning your lens with a lens cloth or something very soft, not tissue or paper towel. May be an eyeglass cloth for a substitute. This will ensure that you won't damage the lens.
