Tomorrow I go in for my Transfer. I am new to all of this and find that it's sooooo much information. We had 11 eggs to fertilize - I hope that's a good thing. What can I expect during or after the transfer? Other than rest, does anyone have any other suggestions. With each step comes new fears or worries. I jokingly told my DH that we should just stop at this point and name our 11 embies..... I feel soo close, but yet so far away.

Transfer is simple and not painfull. They transfer the best embryo's and the number depends on your age and the quality of the embryo's. Is it a day 3 or 5 transfer? The progesterone inj continue. you might wont to have then check your progesteron level 5 days after transfer (mine was to low on my last IVF and they put me on 200mg prometrum and progesteron injestions-I wish they would have checkec this the first 3 IVF cycles) Then they wont you to lay around a while longer if its a day 3tr shorter for day 5. Then you are in the 2WW. At the end you have a bHCG check and hope for BFP
hope this helps PS- 11 embryo's sound great!!

Hi again, I wound recomend you get your blood progesteron checked 5 days after transfer to make sure your progesterone is OK. Mine was low dispite the progesterone injections and they started prometrum 200mg supositories as well. Enjoy the 2ww laura babydust!!
