Hello everyone :)
Just thought I would start a thread for all of us starting our cycles in this month or the next. It will be a nice way to keep track of everyone. I guess we can start with roll call. I will go first...
Meridith-36 yrs. Started stims on June 20. Gonal-F with Repronex to be added later as well as Cetrotide. (antagon cycle) I don't have a calendar as far as ER and ET yet as my clinic plays this by ear. It looks like it will be June 30-July 2 for ER. I will know more as I progress.

Hello. My name is Jen. I am 39 years old. I have a four year old son and have lost two pregnancies since he was born, one at 11 weeks, the other at 15 weeks. I am starting IVF this month, because the RE thinks it will reduce the chances of miscarriage. If I get pregnant, I will have to take a bunch of medication, including heparin, prednisone, progesterone, etc. until about 4 months. Anyway, I am really scared about all this, but I don't know why. I think that every single outcome terrifies me: I'm afraid the IVF will fail. I'm afraid the IVF will succeed and I'll lose another baby. And I'm afraid, to be honest, of another pregnancy! It's all scary! Any advice on how to cope and stay calm? :)

I think everyone that goes through this has the same feelings. I just take it day by day and enjoy what is now. I hope you get pg and get your little bundle.
