Hello girls,
I have just started ttc #2 and thought I'd rejoin your group. I have a 4 1/2 y/o DD through ovulation induction and donor IUI, and I was a regular here in those days.
I'm 41 years old and I'm a single mom, single at the time I conceive DD and single now.
Although I used meds to conceive DD, a lot has changed for me this time around. Two years ago I had gastric bypass surgery and lost 115 lbs. Since then, my cycles have returned and are regular. Because of this, a positive OPK, a corpus luteum on a CD 25 u/s, and a high cd 26 progesterone, I seem to be ovulating on my own now. I'm trying the first cycle au naturel, except for the donor IUI. I'm currently CD 12 and will start using OPK in 2 days. My natural cycles are 35 days so I'm doing everything about a week later than "normal" or medicated cycles.
If this cycle doesn't take, I'll start on the Gonal-f, just like I used to conceive DD.
I hope that my time on this board is short and sweet, but I'll enjoy meeting all of you.
