Hi,
Not sure I can help. But I can say what my clinic charges. However it's probably totally different where you are.
Per consultation with a professor it's about £180 = $352 (It's only slightly cheaper to have a general consultation) They seemed to make me see mine every week at one point.
Fertility tests - if you haven't already had them done they will make you. things like: semen analysis £100 = $196 (there are many tests you could have done depending on what the problem might be & to assess your suitability for treatment.
Blood tests (before/during/after treatment)- prices vary depending on what they are testing £100 = $196 each(have to test a lot while on the stims).
My clinic insists on councelling before fertility treatments are performed. Councelling assessment £140 = $274
Ultrasound scan (before/during/after treatment)- prices vary depending on type of scan £100 = $196 each (have a lot while on stims to measure folli size).
Admin fee £50 = $98 (preparing medical report)
Plus the price of fertility meds. which are priced extortionately. For IUI people usually have a lower dose than with IVF. Though it depends how you respond. If you are a poor responder like me, you will have to pay for a lot of meds. Last time I paid well over twice the price of the IVF procedure itself, just for the meds.
IUI (two inseminations) £825 = $1,616 IVF £2,700 = $5,290 ICSI £1,000 = $1,960 GIFT £5,500 = $10,777 ZIFT/FET £3,100 = $6,075 + HFEA in the UK takes a fee of £104.50 = $204 for all procedures with an embryo transfer.
egg freezing (including 6 months storage) £2,300 = $4,500 annual storage £275 = $538
Sorry that's not much of a help.

Thank you so much for your help! But unfortunately I now realize that ivf or iui is completely unaffordable for me/ Do you have to pay all at once or can you make payments?
