HI! we have a frozen sample of ejaculated sperm with motility of 16%. We did this just in case my husband's vasectomy revers. scarred down (and it did). So this is all we have (about 5 viles with this sample. I am healthy 33 yr old about to start 1st IVF/ICSI---no known health problems and have been pregnant before. First, is there a high chance this sperm will thaw out and be usable/motile and what do you think our chances are? Thanks! ???

Should be enough for ICSI on the post-thaw sample. The embryologist performing the ICSI procedure only needs a few hundred sperm to choose from. As far as your chances go, check with your clinic and ask for the most recent live birth rates/cycle for patients less than age 35.
