I presume you mean in the body? Washed sperm are usually introduced into the uterine cavity and the Fallopian tubes during an IUI, so the cervical mucus is bipassed. No one knows for sure how long sperm live in the uterus and tubes, but 24-48 hours would be an approximation. Frozen-thawed sperm have a shorter lifespan; 12-24 hours.
