Many different factors are involved in predicting the success of IUI, so I'm sorry, but I can't even begin to make a guess at your personal chances. The morphology score that you posted was presumably obtained using WHO 1992 criteria for assessing sperm morphology. This criteria has little predictive value and was replaced years ago by Kruger Strict Criteria for assessing sperm morphology. However, we can assume that if the morphology score was abnormal with WHO criteria it would be considered even more abnormal with Kruger Strict Criteria. Two recent publications concluded that the cummulative pregnancy rate for IUI is significantly lower when sperm morphology scores (obtained by Kruger Strict Criteria) are abnormal (this is called teratozoospermia).

Grigoriou O, et al (2005) Impact of isolated teratozoospermia on the outcome of intrauterine insemination. Fertil Steril. 83(3):773-5.

Spiessens C, et al (2004) Isolated teratozoospermia and intrauterine insemination. Fertil Steril. 80(5):1185-9.
