Dr. Smith,
I am doing IVF in Amman, Jordan because that's where we are living for now (not exactly my choice). Anyway, last IVF (which failed) they did a day 2 transfer of 2 fertilized embryos and are possibly recommending it for this IVF as well. When I question them, it is because I only have 2 fertilized embryos and so "it is better to try to implant what we have rather then try to grow them in the lab and end up with nothing to transfer." Does this make any sense? I realize that if I push for a day 3-day 5 transfer, I may lose everything. I'm very confused as to what I should do. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
