Hi - I have a single, day-7 frozen embryo. What are the chances of success? I'm kind of feeling like "why bother" because I transferred 2 AA day-6 blasts in a fresh cycle and 1 day-6 and 2 day-7 frozen embryos (85-95% alive), all from the same cycle. Thanks.

I'd say your chances are not great, but still possible. I don't have any personal experience with Day 7 frozen-thawed transfers, but here is a reference to case report.
Dizygotic twin delivery following in vitro fertilization and transfer of thawed blastocysts cryopreserved at day 6 and 7. Sills ES, et al Fertil Steril. 2003 Feb;79(2):424-7.
One of the twins came from a Day 6 embryo, the other from a Day 7 so it can happen.
Not sure why they didn't go for broke and thaw the remaining Day 7 blastocyst when they thawed everything else. I guess they had their reasons.

Thanks - you confirmed what I suspected. I think they didn't thaw the 4th b/c I have a history of pregnant with multiples. Not that any of them worked out.
