I am do to be implanted onthe 27th of this month. I really enjoy trianing with wieghts and cardio and pilates to get my wieght down slightly. when should I start taking it easeir? I was thinking about five days before, but is that pushing it too close? I also like to tan in tanning bed should I stop that now or can I stop right when I start my medrol?  I really appreciate your feed back please be very specific thank you,  Paige

I'm 31 and have gone through 2 cycles and now my third cycle which is a frozen one. I have pcos a plugged tube and possible endometrosis. I have been married five years and trying for the third time and last and now going through ivf agian!

Other than bedrest, which your program may require after embryo transfer, your normal activities are not a problem.
