when ohss is gone- am i not pregnant?

I was worried about my fierce ohss symptoms all these days...today I wake up and they are all but gone...
dr tells me when they last a few weeks, it means a pregnancy.
is there anyone who has had their ohss symptoms go away and still got pregnant? I have a week to go before I test.
This is my 3rd ivf.

karystos~ I had ohss and my symptoms subsided a couple of days before my hcg test. And then they came back for a while. After finding out I was BFP I was extremely bloated but that has started to subside now (I am almost 6 weeks). My RE told me that if you do get pregnant then your ovaries kind of get inflamed all over again... and if you don't then it goes away sooner.

This is day 8 of my 2ww and the ohss symptoms are gone. I don't feel like even going for the blood test. What's the point?

Dear Karystos,
I am so sorry to hear that things aren't going very well. I know how disappointing this entire process can be. Even though we are not in the same situation (I am on my 3rd IUI attempt), I can understand how depressing it is. All I can say is, do the blood test! It isn't over until the blood test says it is. Don't lose hope!
I'm sorry to ask this, but what is ohss?

Karystos~Please go to the blood test. Nix is right that it isn't over until they tell you you're not pregnant. Pray that it is in God's will and be positive. I, too, will continue to pray for positive results. If not this time, it will happen! Please keep your chin up Sweetie!
