Hey ya'll, I am in my 11th week this week, just wondering, when can you hear the heartbeat through your belly with the doppler? I thought I could now but not sure. We have done 3 U/S's everything O.K. We even did the 4-D already{ the U/s nurse is being really sweet and cool}. The 4-D was the most amazing thing I have ever seen, she even said she thinks it is a boy, you can see a little something between those little legs

celia, at 10 weeks withmy first pregnancy we heard the heartbeat, but not the second time. I have been told it depends on how much extra meat one may have over the baby too. I am an avaerage thin person and didn't hear it, so if you don't hear, don't get discouraged. My dr went ahead and did an extra little sono to make sure it was ok since they couldn't find the heartbeat with the doppler.
Best of luck! It is so cool to hear that little life!! I have not used the at home version.

Celia, I used the at home monitor and it was awesome. Sweetbeats was the name of the company. Well worth the $20 a month. I just sent it back today since I forgot about it with all the excitement of being in the hospital and having my twins! Karen
