Hi I went in today for my last ultra sound before my frozen cycle next wed. I was told my lining was good and measured an 11 and was told my blood test for the estrogen was 375 and they are taking me off lupron a day earlier. How good is an 11 and is 375 good? I am a little confused by the numbers. And is there anything else I can do to get my body ready for transfer? Thankyou

The endometrium should have a minimum thickness of 8mm; 11mm is fine. The estradiol level is adequate, anything above 100 pg/ml is fine.
