We will be trying again in April. I have a couple more weeks until AF arrives! We will be doing another round of IUI with Gonal-F injections. Best of luck to you all and hopefully some of us will have some good news soon!!!

Thanks ladies. I finally started my period this morning so I feel so much better. I saw a young patient last week that we thought had a simple sinus infection and wound up to have a serious and contagioius virus. So guess what, the nurse who doesnt catch most things caught this one. Fever for 3 days, head and chest congested, Yuck. My daughter's here and i am sick . Bummer.

just wanted to say good luck to all of us not matter how we are all trying to conceive, we are all here for each other. I am so glad I have found this site, it has helped me alot reading how everyone is so understanding and care about each other! I should start AF the first week of April, so we wont' actually be trying till the middle of April! I hope everyone keeps posting here sharing the process!

Well, I had my 2nd IUI this morning, so I am now in the 2WW...
My husband and I are pretty stressed about the whole process of shots and timing everything. We used to be so spontaneous and that is gone. I think we may move on to IVF if this doesn't work, but I am keeping my fingers crossed and saying a lot of prayers.

36 years old. Married for 17 years. 1 son, 7 years old, conceived w/ ICSI. 2nd IVF w/ ICSI in June=No Fertilization. August cycle cancelled for poor response. Considering options.

oneandonlyme, good luck on your upcoming cycle. I do hope we have great results in April.If all goes well I have a retreival on Fri and transfer would be on Mon. I remember when dh and I got married and were trying right away. I would do a headstand after sex! Then I had to chart my tempature for a couple years. Timed intercourse, then speeding to the hospital with semen in hand!It's been a long road to where we are now. I just hope that this will be the TIME.My dh is going to be 40 in OCT. and I would love to give him the ultimate gift. Baby dust to all.... cassandra

Thank you for your thoughts everyone. I finally have no fever today and I may smile. Yes, I am a terrible patient. Actually I want to be left alone, just bring me fluids and meds and some good movies and I am ok. I hate to be babied.

cassandra thanks and I hope you have a postitive hpt after your 2 weeks is up! I know what you mean dh and I started and just thought once we started trying we would become pregnant! I really didn't realize how many women are in the same situation until I got on this site and we all have different stories, but our goals are the same!!! Thanks, I had to finally go to the doctor since I have asthma, was short of breath and found my inhalers to be outdated. I have bronchitis now. Fun, fun, fun. Oh yeah and got my period too.

Can I ask what dosage of the Gonal F you are taking? I took 75 IU's for both the first IUI and the second one I had last week. Each time I only matured 1 follicle. I am curious what others take.
