Hi Dr. Smtih. I read that sex before implantation will help the embryos stick better to the uterus? I am doing a frozen cycle in two days. I though I shouldn't be having sex. What do you think and why?

It is not a good idea to have sex during the peri-implantation period. If you have an orgasm, it can cause uterine contractions that may move the embryos around at the time when they are trying to attach to the lining.
