Hi, I was wondering if you have any suggestions on how to pick the right RE.  What should I look for?  Every dr seems to do things a little differently, how do I know the one I pick is good and qualified?

Thanks in advance.

You do want an RE who has completed an accredited fellowship program in Reproductive Endocrinology.  Also, you want a practice in which you feel comfortable.  If you are satisfied being in a very large practice, and do not need a lot of hand holding, one of the large clinics may be OK for you.  Some of us operate "boutique practice" and spend a lot of one on one time with our patients.  I think a lot of patients do better in that setting.
Good luck.
