Lynne,
It makes a lot of sense that you'd feel wiped out. Physically your hormones are crashing. Emotionally your dreams are crashing. I am very sorry for your loss. Take extra good care of yourself and my advice: talk with people who have first hand experience with miscarriage and/or a very sensitive therapist.

Best wishes,
Maddy

Lynne,
I am so sorry about your loss. I know how bad it feels because I had one in november 2 of 2006 and it feels terrible. Try to hang in there I know that it takes some time and the sadness is there forever. But you have to think that your baby is in better hands and that god did this for a good reason. It's hard to understand this at the moment but you will understand it later in life.
You are not along, If you need anything please feel confident to askk for it I know how you are feeling because I went through the same thing. You can always email me when ever you want to.

Hand in there and stay positive.

Lynn - sorry for your loss.  It took me a couple of  months after my miscarraiges to feel better.  Hormone hell it was for me.  Weak and achy I was.  Rest alot and take it easy on yourself.    Baby dust in the future.

thanks for your reply. sorry for your loss. Now a fortnight has passed and i am feeling physically better than i was i had very little energy the first week but i put that down to the blood loss. I guess it is never easy but emmotionally i accept what has happened and feel it was the best as my baby wasn't growing as she should.
You never forget but time is a healer and i am blessed with a lovely three year old son so life could be worse.
take care of yourself
thanks lynne
