My husband and I have really had a hard time getting the right spot everyday for the progesterone shots. he has hit my Sciatic nerve in both sides (in the past few weeks) and today, I swear he hit my hip bone! My hip and leg are so sore! It hurts to walk
I know about the outer quadrant zone, but it seens to be hard to hit everytime! We switch sides each day, but the site of the day before still hurts!
Any tips would be appreciated!

I'm 31 and have gone through 2 cycles and now my third cycle which is a frozen one. I have pcos a plugged tube and possible endometrosis. I have been married five years and trying for the third time and last and now going through ivf agian!

Well ya got mine it took me a while just everyday look at the top right of the screen when you log on. By the way I sent ya another one!!!!
