hello,

with 3 failed, 3-day transfers..(with approx. 34 or more good quality embyros) ...we are left with only one that made it to blastocyst stage....should we try again?  new doc says he should try to see if he can get to blastocyst stage for us, seeing as the other had not tried...(a long story)...i am very, very afraid to try this again only to be devestated not to mention shelling out x amount of dollars...so the question is: why wouldn't are embryos survive to blast stage? (dh dna sperm testing and mine passed with flying colors) and we were told that we responded very well and produced great looking embryos? we just looked onto adoption, i am very confused as to what to do.
thanks for any all responses.

I can better answer your question if I know your  infertility diagnosis. Or do you have unexplained infertilty?

With so many embryos transferred and not even a chemical pregnancy, I suspect that there may also be an autoimmune issue (i.e. elevated NK cell activation). Have you been tesed?
