I did acupuncture on my first stim and produced 6 seemingly good quality eggs. Everyone was shocked!!!! Especially the docs as they had written me off simply because of my age.
Now I am in a country in a city that does not have acupuncture available and I have cancelled my last cycle due to dominate follicle. The doc was so negative, he even stated in the beginning of the cycle that it did not matter the meds protocol because no matter the protocol it would not work for me. Now I have had the same cyst disruppted twu\ice, painful!!, and it is not healed and still is sore, and I will miss yet another month and because of the holiday schedules and my travel it will be February before I can try again, and, that is, if, the cyst is gone.
I decided today to go with donor eggs and my decision bothers me because I can not believe there is no hope for my own child. :'(
I only hope that the children I do have will be better than me and have better chances and better education and a better life ( and I hope thay are pretty too)
