we are just in the beggining stages of everything and I feeling pretty anxious as well as nervous. We really want to have a child that is ours and not adopt or have a donor. What are our chances if my husbands sperm are all dead???TEXT

What do you mean they are all dead? What were the results of his S/A. None were alive?
