My new husband and I have both been married before. The outcome of these marriages are, I having 2 wonderful boys, and now my tubes are tied, and he having no children due to a bad marriage where he went and had a vasectomy . Is there any way WE can have invitro and our egg and sperm removed due to our getting "fixed"? We desperatly want a child together! Thanks for any answers.

Sperm can be retrieved from your husband's epididymus or testicle and used to perform IVF by intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI). You will need to consult with an infertility-trained urologist and a reproductive endocrinologist to arrange for these procedures. These procedures are fairly routine for established IVF programs. Yes, you have a chance.
