Hi since I am very into being healthy as you've read the morning of transfer should I start cutting back on my water intake? I take in about a gallon or more a day. Also the morning of does it matter what you eat how much and if I take a light walk to get my body moving. Thank you for all your responses.

Hi Paige Your doctor would be the best one to answer these specific questions. I can tell you I was instructed to have a FULL bladder for the transfer.
I think a light walk before the transfer would be fine if your body is used to activity like that especially since after the transfer, you will probably be told to limit activity for a while. Again, that could differ with your doctor so I recommend you ask him/her. Good luck! Meridith

I was exhausted last night and didn't realize I was jumping into a doctor's post area. I apologize! I thought it was 'sounding board' or 'just beginning'. I promise I am not that arrogant as to try to answer for a doctor. Again, I'm sorry.

Meridith, everybody's input is welcome here! Thanks for replying to paige. I got really, really busy yesterday and didn't log on to the board. And, as I mentioned, you were absolutely right.

Meridith thank you and dr. Smith I appreciate your info. It was nice that I logged on to someone seeing my post. Thanks for both of your inputs. I just am really getting nervous!
