Dear Dr. Smith,
We tried a fresh DE cycle Auggust 27.  18 eggs, 14 fertilized and made it to day 3.  They transferred two 8 cell (BFN), and three day 6 blasts were frozen were "Baby Quality".  My husband had a SCSA test in 7/05 47.2% HDS, 15.8% fair to poor sperm DNA.  Motilityu 66.5% density 41.3% TMC206.03, morphology 36%.  These are my questions.

According to the 2002 stats my centers FET thaw rate is 46%.  Dose this mean tha only one embryo will make it to thaw (if the stats are the same)?

They put me on 20 units of Lupron for 6 weeks before transfer (my donor had a 45 day cycle instead of a 28 day cycle so I was on Luron at a higher dose and a longer time then expected).  Since then, I have not cycled naturally (5 months).  We have tried  twice to inducea period (with 10 days of provera) and do a FET.  the first time (11/06) I had retained lining and it was canceled.  The second time they did a mini D/C and my lining was too thick and it was canceled(12/06).  They say now to call back when I have a natural cycle.  I had normal cycles before the FET.  How long will I stay in this perimenopausel state?  I thought they did FET's on menopausel woman all of the time?

I thank you so much for your time.  I have so much respect for you.  I have called your office twice to have a phone consult about this issue and to possibly enroll in your DE program.  Since no one has retured my call, I suspect that the office is not taking any new clients.
Thank you
Laura
