egg quality?

I am 37 and I have done IVF twice.  The first ended in an ectopic pregnancy and the second I miscarried.  I just found out that I have an antiphospholipid antibody and will need to take a baby aspirin starting with the stimulating phase of IVF.  My RE is also going to lower the amount of stimming medication.  (My first IVF I had 37 eggs and 36 eggs the second time.) We did 5 day transfers both times and we had 6 blastocysts at the time of transfer.  I am just concerned of how the aspirin will affect the eggs or the embryo and if I should get pregnant how will it affect the developing baby?

Thank you!
Chloe

Baby aspirin will have no effect on the eggs or the baby should you become pregnant. Baby aspirin is used routinely as an anticoagulant during IVF cycles. No worries.
