Just curious if these numbers sound normal for a frozen donor sample (post-thaw):

25 Million count
Motility: slow, 45%

Sounds like we had 11.25 M slow moving swimmers for the IUI...what do you think of that?

I also wanted to add that I'm 32 1/2, never been pregnant.  We're using donor b/c my husband has a balanced translocation.

I'm taking letrozole, 2.5 mg CD3-7, and using a trigger shot.

Frozen-thawed sperm take a little time to "get up to speed" - literally. I wouldn't worry about the "slow" description immediately post thaw. They will pick up speed after entering the uterus. 11.5 million is still enough to get the job done.

Sorry, I cannot comment on the clinical information. It is  outside my area of expertise.

Thanks Dr. Smith.  The meds question was (literally) an afterthought...you answered my main question, was whether we stand a chance with this donor.  Thanks again!
