Hi I have endometriosiand now am pregnant. I have very light cramping no spotting at all throguh the day and also major constipation no matter how much water I drink. Ever since I stopped the flaxseed oil. Is the cramping okay? What should I do for constipation? And how long should I wait to start the flaxseed back up since you told me to stop it before implantation? Thank you very much Paige

Many women do have cramping during early pregnancy, and is not a medical problem withthe pregnancy.  Most pregnant women are constipated.  Increasing the fiber in your diet will help.  For hard stool in your rectum, glycerine suppositories, available over the counter, will help.  Finally talk to your OB.
Good luck.
