my husbands semen analyis results are:
count- 12 million
motility- 25%
morphology- 9%

I have delayed ovulation.  With these low numbers and my late ovulation, do we have any realistic chance to conviece without medical intervention?
We have been trying (temps, OPK, Monitor, HSG clear) for 13 months.

thoughts are appreciated.

With proper medical care, I think there is a good chance you can achieve a pregnancy.  Please see a Reproductive Endocrinologist.
Good luck.

we are seeing an RE- that is who performed the SA and interpreted the results.  My question is, is there a realistic shot that we will conceive without ART.  We do not want to do IUI, IVF, drugs etc.  With those numbers, do we have a meaningful chance the old fashioned way?

Anything is possible.  The problem becomes, what are the odds?  If you do not want medica treatment, that is your choice.  You will have to set your priorities.  Without treatment, your odds of a pregnancy are not very good, but not impossible.  Your RE can shift the odds in your favor, if you let him/her.
Good luck.
