Im only 114 lbs and 5'0 tall and only 17 years old i know young but i may be pregnant well very pregnant somewhere around 16-18 weeks. I had postive pregnancy test but havent went and got an ultrasound yet ive gained around 12 pounds in the past 4 months and i don't look pregnant at all just fat. Do i need to take another test i didnt know where else to turn so i chose here... please help

Dawn,
Let me ask you this...when was the last time you had your period? If you haven't had it for a few months and the pregnancy test you took was positive, I would say it's time to call your family doctor or OB/GYN to get a blood test and an ultrasound. Hope that hopes...
