We have had two failed IUI's and one resulting in a chemical pregnancy. During each of the failed cycles, my wife began suddenly vomiting for a few hours around 10-12 days post IUI. Otherwise, she has only thrown up a few times in her life. All other factors looked fine - sperm count, progesterone level, etc. On the successful cycle, she had no nausea.
Could this be indicative of some kind of immune response or something else we should be looking into? Thanks in advance for your help.
No, it is not an immune issue causing her to vomit. I really have no way of knowing the reason, but if I had to bet, I would bet on stress as the reason. Good luck.
