Hi everyone - I'm new to this site so forgive any typos.  I have had one fresh transfer, and just completed by 2nd FET on 4/11.  I had 3 blastos' transferred and my blood test is 4/25.  I'm not having much in the way of any indication except for some pain, which I think is my endometriosis outside of my uterus.  The 2ww is horrible!!  I would like to take a test this weekend.

Anyone had blastos transferred?  If so, did you take a hpt and on what day post-transfer?

I had 2 blasts grade AA transferred on the 3rd I got my first very faint positive on the 8th 5 days past transfer. the line continued to get darker until my beta on the 12th and my numbers were 170. I am a hpt junkie so there was no way that I could last until my beta. I have heard that sometimes if you get a really early positive it can go away by your beta or if you get a negative on the hpt your beta can be positive. If you decide to cheat good luck to you!!!!!

I am in the 2ww with all of you.  This is my second IVF try.  I have my test on Thursday the 27th .  I had my transfer last Friday the 14th and decided to do a HPT on the 21st.  It was negative.  I don't know if it is a true response or if I tested too soon. I can only hope!  Has anyone had a negative test and the turned out to be pregnant?

sana,

I am currently using the crinone % gel, I am not pregnant, I started using them after my last miscarriage.

Are your progesterone levels low? Usually you are given progesterone suppositories because of low levels, or when you have recurrent pregnancy lost such as myself.

The can not harm you, you are suppose to stop using them at 12 weeks of pregnancy, actually I believe they are a good thing, it will prepare the lining of your uterus to receive and nourish the egg.

Why did your Dr say you were put on the crinone?

Take Care...Tiffany

Well last night after dinner. I had horrible cramps. What does that mean right after Ovulation? Has anyone had this before.

Cramps…ahhhh Today marks my 12th day since my IUI. It's been a rollercoaster ride. I have lower abdomen cramps which, as the days progressed started feeling like menstruation without the bleeding. However, I've managed not to do a hpt instead I've contacted my Doctors office to have a office test done.

Good luck with everything as I'm hoping to get a positive result.

Exactly thats how my cramps felt like AF cramps! Weird and its weird. I didn't have much cramping but I am 4dpo I think...and usually after 14-15 dpo AF visits.

GOOD LUCK HAPPY7 Baby Dust to you! Keep us posteD!
