The facts:
I am 31 years old.

Two previous pregnancies/children.

Tubal ligation 10 years ago.

Husband has one child.

No male factor present.

3day FSH 11.9

1st month did not start cycle due to a lg. cyst.

Cycle cancelled 2 weeks ago due to 5 follicles and "clunky" uterine lining at eight days.. Had 4 antral follicles. Was taking menopur 75iu in AM and follistim 225 at bedtime.

Endometrial biopsy scheduled for 4-14-08.

Next cycle to begin 4-18-08.

RE says that we will double meds for next cycle. So 150 menopur and 450 follistim.

I have been labled poor ovarian reserve.

Before we got on this roller coaster we were told that we were the ideal canidates and that we should have no problems getting pregnant with IVF. Now I do not know what to think. What do you think?

Since I have not been able to evaluate you, I cannot have a valid opinion about your medical circumstances.  It is possible a different medication protocol may be of benefit.
Good luck.

Depending on a number of factors, it may be possible to achieve a pregnancy with IUI.  Since I do not know your entire medical history, I cannot speculate on your potential for an IUI pregnancy, or what may be done differently, if anything, to improve your chances for an IVF pregnancy.
Good luck.
