Goodmorning, I was wondering the survival rate of a grade 2 - 2.5 embryo.  We were recently supposed to undergo FET with a grate 2 and grade 2.5 embryo which were stored for over a year, however 1 hr before transfer were notified the embryos didn't survive the thaw.  What is the survival thaw rate?  Also, whats the possiblity of a clinical error since last year we successfully had our first baby thru a fresh ivf/icsi with a grade 2 emb?  Thanks.
