I am 31 and TTC for 7 months now post (blythed ovum) miscarriage. I am wondering what the next step is for us after our Family Pracitioner tested my husbands sperm and believes that my husband is producing sperm anitbodies? How does sperm washing work? Is the "washed" sperm them inserted into my cervix? This cycle for the first time i tried using ovulation tests (LH) and every day i tested it has said negative? but my cycles are regular and i dont think my Luteal phase is too short (around 11 days). his semen analyisis is as follows... appearance is normal, liquefaction is abnormal, viscosity is +3 out of range, motility is 20% out of range, kinetics are poor, sperm count is 82 giga/L, viability is 20% out of range, morphology is 98% abnormal.
