So many questions

I have recently been diagnosed with PCOS, and my DH has low sperm count.  I am on clomid and metformin.  So far, in two weeks, I have lost 5 lbs.
Tomorrow I go for an ultrasound to check follicle size, then based on that we will do IUI.

My question is - I want to supplement but I just get so confused with all of them.  and I don't want to take anything that will mess with the meds.  How do you decide what supplements to take?

Also, I have extreme nausea!!!  Any suggestions???

Thank you!
Kristen
