Dear Doctor, I have a question regarding my husband Semen Analysis test results. We didn't meet any RE sofar but he went thru the test upon my OBGYN words. we wanted to go for IVF. My doctor called and said it would have been hard if your go for regular pregnancy based on your husband results, I don't know what to look for in the report she faxed me I see highlighted comment saying FEW SPERM WITH HEAD DEFECTS ALSO HAD COILED BENT TAILS. Dear doctor please suggest me.
I refer my male factor problems to a man who is sub specialty trained to do male fertility work. We try to improve things as much as possible. From your description, you will probably need to inject the most normal appearing sperm the embryologist can find into your eggs, to create embryos (ICSI). Good luck.
