Real Symptoms Vs Medication

How can you tell what the real symtoms are and what is caused by all the crazy medication. I had 3 8 cell, grade 1 embryos transfered on Sunday. I have to wait until Thursday week (15 March) to test and as I had an hcg shot yesterday (8 March) I can not even do a HPT as the hcg might interfer with it. Anyway, I have lots of aching. It kind of feels like a cross between ovulation pain and hip pain?? Weird I know but I was wondering if anyone else had had this with the hcg shots after ET. I have not had it this bad before but in the past I did not have the hcg shots.
Thanks,
Jane
